Youth Yoga Program

This is a special opportunity for your teen/pre-teen to connect to themselves, move their bodies and be supported by a welcoming and non-judgmental community.

Kids Yoga

These classes are great for kids and help to:

  • Increase energy
  • Develop a strong connection to body awareness & movement: yoga greatly helps improve coordination, balance, strength & flexibility
  • Reduce stress & anxiety: high school can be such a stressful period of time, through movement, breath & mindfulness, youth can learn to regulate their responses to stress
  • Improve mood & perspective: yoga helps youth get grounded and bring a sense of hopefulness
  • Improve focus & presence
  • Improve self-esteem & body image: we create an accepting and safe environment based upon non-judgment; each child can be themselves
  • Encourage creativity & playfulness

  • Weekly classes every Wednesday @ 4-5PM
  • For ages 11-15
  • With Kids & Teen Yoga Certified teacher Rya Jaswal
  • Price is $65/month for 4 months
  • Space is limited to 12
