Youth Yoga Program
This is a special opportunity for your teen/pre-teen to connect to themselves, move their bodies and be supported by a welcoming and non-judgmental community.
These classes are great for kids and help to:
- Increase energy
- Develop a strong connection to body awareness & movement: yoga greatly helps improve coordination, balance, strength & flexibility
- Reduce stress & anxiety: high school can be such a stressful period of time, through movement, breath & mindfulness, youth can learn to regulate their responses to stress
- Improve mood & perspective: yoga helps youth get grounded and bring a sense of hopefulness
- Improve focus & presence
- Improve self-esteem & body image: we create an accepting and safe environment based upon non-judgment; each child can be themselves
- Encourage creativity & playfulness

- Weekly classes every Wednesday @ 4-5PM
- For ages 11-15
- With Kids & Teen Yoga Certified teacher Rya Jaswal
- Price is $65/month for 4 months
- Space is limited to 12
