-What should I wear?
Wear clothes you’re comfortable to move in. Common clothes for women are leggings and tanks or t-shirts and for men, shorts or jogging pants and a t-shirt. There’s no judgement so rock whatever won’t distract you so you can focus on your yoga.
+I'm new to yoga, what classes would you recommend?
Jump into Flow Basics or Hatha Series to start. But know, all our classes are all-levels and accessible so from beginner to experienced – everyone can attend.
+I'm not that flexible, can I still do yoga?
We hear this all the time! Most of us aren’t so flexible and that’s why yoga is so important. Stretching is secondary to connecting with ourselves and our breath. And the plus side is, you’ll leave feeling way taller and more open – just wait and see!
+I have an injury, can I still come to class?
We recommend you talk to your doctor before participating in physical activity. And then definitely update our incredible instructors before class begins so they can offer appropriate modifications and alternatives. Go at your own pace through practice and feel free to leave out any pose that doesn’t feel right.

We are located two minutes from Thompson Rivers University. Our address is #109-1339 McGill Road. We are in the corner of the complex beside The Fireplace Gallery.
+Is there parking nearby?
There’s a large parking lot shared by all the businesses in the complex. And it’s FREE! There’s also free street parking closeby.
