Paddle Board Yoga

We schedule THREE summer classes on the water each year!

Join Teddi & Paula for an awesome morning on the lake and in the sun, details:

Launch @ Lakeside Heffley Hideaway
$25 for the class
Bring your own paddle board or visit Lakeside Heffley Hideaway website for info on their rentals
Beginner yogis and boarders welcome, no experience needed
After class, there’s a food truck on site so you’re welcome to stay for lunch!

It’s always a gorgeous evening of community, nature & connection.

30MINS YOGA + 1HR WALK/HIKE
Mindfulness & Meditation in nature
We enjoy half an hour of stretching in the studio and then we head to the nearest Kenna Cartwright entrance (5 minute walk away) for a short hike and end back at the studio.

Pride in the Park

Every year we offer this fun event for Pride Month in partnership with Movement Collective & KSpin Indoor Cycling Studio. Get a sweat with us as we support & celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community here in Kamloops.

Details:

In each 1HR class we will spin for 20, barre for 20 & yoga for 20
Bring your yoga mat, sweat towel & water bottle
Dress in your tightest & brightest PRIDE colours, sparkles & rainbows
Classes run outside @ St. Andrew’s on the Square
Tons of prizes and more extra special treats up our neon sparkly sleeves including giveaways from lululemon!

Classes are by-donation (minimum $10) and ALL proceeds go to Kamloops Pride.

It's a great way to come together and show our dedication to uplifting LGBTQ voices, celebrate LGBTQ culture and support LGBTQ rights.
