Flow & Yin

Energetic to start with flow sequences and poses shifting into a slower yin second half.

Flow Basics

We build the foundations and familiarize ourselves with the fundamentals of a physical yoga practice. This class is great to develop confidence and get the basics under our belts.

Restorative

Poses are held for longer but are chill so it’s all about unwinding, resting and re-energizing. This class promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

Hip-Hop Flow

An energetic class set to hip-hop beats. We’ll groove in a flow sequence while enjoying great jams.

Weekend Warrior Flow

Ya yaaaa – it’s the weekend! We build strength and tone the body in this active flow class designed to enhance weekend vibes.

Saturday Night Flow

Sometimes the only party we need is one on our yoga mat. Weekend vibes still apply. Arrive with an appreciation for great tunes and be ready to feed your body and your soul.

Hatha Series

We take out the flow. We build strength and endurance in a set sequence of poses. When you know what you want – this is perfect for you; no surprises. Hatha series is a strong, active non-flow class.
